At Badhta India Trust, our mission is to empower youth, promote education, and build stronger communities. Drawing from my experiences with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, the Government of India’s National Career Service (NCS) project, Project Aviral on plastic waste management, and the Gandhi Fellowship under NITI Aayog, I’ve seen how grassroots action and collaboration can drive real change. This year, our focus will be on expanding Skill Development, career counselling, environmental initiatives, and launching livelihood initiatives. We aim to strengthen our volunteer network and bring impactful programs to underserved communities. Together with the support of our partners and volunteers, we look forward to building a more inclusive and empowered India.
